Photographic Opportunities: Excellent
Bhutan has a pristine landscape, primeval forests, where man adheres to a Buddhist philosophy creating a bio-diversity hotspot, unlike any other on earth. This is a land where man and wild-life live in harmony; where religion, culture and tradition, intertwine.
This journey of discovery has been developed in conjunction with our photographic expert who spent time studying in America and the United Kingdom with solo and joint exhibitions. Returning to Bhutan, a land he understands enables him to show you those ‘off the beaten track’ places, a short village stay a trek, visits to ancient religious sites; some are beautiful ruins while others remain sacred sites often housing a body of monks where practicing English always brings smiles.
The dappled sunlight on ancient stone paths; prayer-flag adorned wooden bridges; the fauna and flora; dawn breaking over the high Himalayas and bear witness at a Tshechu. Documentary, people, landscape, architecture, or wild-life; Bhutan, the land of the Thunder Dragon, welcomes you.
